Could not use the toilet properly cause the cover wont open. Its room 107. Also, had to lift heavy luggages thru flights of stairs.

A small room not far from Termini with friendly staff

It provided complimentary breakfast and had free coffee and tea when we arrived

Check in was difficult,room very small for 2 ppl,we couldn’t connect to the internet and it was quite cold in the room

Location is OK and No negative point on room. The women who working as receptionist was always on the phone speaking in Russian or sound similar language and she didn’t said any Hi or anything. I felt not good behave to the guest.

A very clean hotel, with supportive staff. Excellent location and good value for money. Free breakfast in the morning.

Rooms are tiny and poorly insulated - therefore it's very noisy at night.

Staff service was good. Room is as pictured and it's clean. Heating worked. Water pressure was good. Free breakfast was a nice touch. Nice, clean neighborhood.

Room was very small, good for solo travellers or a couple staying one night. It's a 20 min walk from Rome Terminal. The bed is small and uncomfortable, it's for 1.5 adults.

Good

Great location - metro, bus, tram stations in about 10 min walk distance, Roma Termini - 20 min walk. Good value for money, complimentary snacks were in the room upon arrival, nice terrace at the top of the building. Tea and coffee avaliable at any time in a downstairs common area.

The floor in the room is made of stone, and in December it was extremely cold to step on, even with socks on. I recommend taking shoes to wear inside to be comfortable. My room was on the second floor and above the entry door to the hotel, and the door opening/closing was very loud. Consider taking ear plugs if you're a light sleeper, otherwise you will get woken up constantly.

Ok stay but not what was exepected

The colors of hotel was bright and colorful.

So with there being a strike and metro and trains not working, it was a long walk from termini bus stop to hotel. The private terrace is not really private. Anyone can go up there and your room doesnt have balcony access you have to go up the stairs. The room looked smaller than the photos and bathroom very small and not bright and clean like in photo. Its was dirty/dingy-tile grout needed attention, shower didnt drain so you stood innyour own water and sink didnt drain, you had to constantly pull the lever. Hotel did offer to switch rooms but i declined since i only had one more night and i would be out and about most of the day. Breakfast was the bare minimum compared to other roman hotels with meat, cheeses, yogurt. This just had juices, espresso machine, nutella cake, bread and pastry.

Good location, friendly staff, clean rooms, free coffee and sweets in the morning. Had a designated smoking area near the entrance

No sound isolation, hard to fall asleep if someone is noisy in the building. No microwave available in the dining area (it would be very beneficial) Room had poor ventilation and it was quite cold at night despite the aircon which was very loud

Beyond expectation

We had a great stay! Staffs are very friendly and responsive, they also gave us recommended list of tourist sites & places to eat! Room and linens are clean. Safe neighbourhood and close to metro/bus stops, supermarkets, and some restaurants. Would gladly stay here again!

Great small place to sleep and shower with lots of facilities located near metro station.

We were lucky they had our room ready so we could check-in al the time we arrived(10-11 am). Shower is very good. The metro is 2 blocks away and you have a supermarket 1 min away. Staff are very friendly and willing to help you with anything. That have lockers so you can leave your luggage in case you need. Also our room had a small fridge, really helpful

The “free breakfast” is croissants, toasts and jam, coffee and juice, nothing else. Rooms are super small. If you only need a place to sleep and shower it works perfectly.

A calm retreat from the overrated city!

Lovely staff and room did what it required for the time we were in rome. We loved the free coffee and had good communication with staff through whatsapp even at unsociable hours. The online check in was easy and the baggage lockers in the hotel were a godsend on our last day when we had a late flight!! This hotel is close to a bus stop, tram stop, and A line tube station which gave options for easier transport around the city. Overall, this hotel made our experience in rome much more enjoyable. Thank you!!

The only thing we had to say was the room had a slight smell on our second night, from what we believe to have been coming from the AC. However we were offered a new room instantly! Rome was not a city we enjoyed, as we think it has been ‘sold out’ to tourism and couldn’t really find any authentic experiences that didn't seem sold out to tourists. The streets of rome were dirty and attractions horrifically crowded and expensive, but our stay here was still a nice break from the crazy city vibe.

The location was perfect and the room was clean and had everything I needed.

The room was not soundproof whatsoever and you could hear everything going on in the hallway! It almost felt like I was in the same room as them.

Good budget hotel.

Location. Close to the main train station in Rome and easy access to tourist attractions. Very clean and staff helpful.

It was clean, there are basic needs: one person bed, hangers for clothes, shelves, clean bathroom, towels, safe, water. Warm, clean, quiet. It was great that some free bakery was offered in the morning.

It was ground floor, but no problem. The room is small and not so cozy. There is a small bed and basic things. Maybe be a it was cheapest version. Looked like a small room in the apartment more than hotel room

It’s located in a beautiful area of Rome, it was clean and the staff was friendly. A free breakfast was included, as also shampoo, soap and shower caps. A sweet extra were the candies, that were left on the bed for us! :)
